Terms governing enrollment, course access, and use of Bottom University.

Eligibility and adult-only access
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not use Bottom University where its content or your access to it is unlawful.

Course license and accounts
After a confirmed purchase, Bottom University grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to access the purchased course. Keep your credentials private; account sharing, resale, scraping, copying, or unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.

Community conduct
The private Discord community is for respectful adult students. Harassment, threats, doxxing, non-consensual sharing, illegal content, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards may result in removal from the community or course access, subject to applicable law.

Educational information
The course is educational entertainment for consenting adults, not medical, mental-health, or legal advice. Stop if you experience pain, bleeding, distress, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional care.

Payments and refunds
The checkout price accepted for your transaction controls. All sales are final except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Review the Refund Policy before purchase.

Intellectual property
Bottom University, its videos, text, branding, and community materials are protected by law. You may not reproduce, record, screen-capture for distribution, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Venue for permitted disputes is in Charlotte, North Carolina.
